By using SightHub, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable contracts, regulations, and privacy obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted when creating accounts, locations, and users, and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Paid features, plans, setup fees, and recurring subscriptions are governed by the pricing and billing terms presented during signup and checkout, unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or use SightHub in a way that violates patient privacy, security, or other legal obligations.
