Subscription Services

SightHub provides software and related subscription services. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.

SMS and Messaging Charges

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS messages you receive from SightHub. These carrier charges are billed by your mobile provider, not by SightHub, and are not refundable by SightHub.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly. We will review billing issues in good faith and may issue a refund or credit when appropriate.
